Listings & Information Accuracy
All listings on our platform are:
• Exclusively created and managed by Siam Immobilier, or
• Based on information submitted directly by property owners.
Property owners or their legal representatives are entirely responsible for the truthfulness, legality, and authenticity of the data they provide. Once submitted, these details are considered accurate and may be relied upon by potential buyers.
Siam Immobilier disclaims responsibility for false, misleading, or outdated information submitted by third parties. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings without notice.

ความถูกต้องของประกาศและข้อมูล
อสังหาริมทรัพย์ทั้งหมดที่ลงประกาศขายบนแพลตฟอร์ม
จัดทําและจัดการโดยทีมงานของ Siam Immobilier เท่านั้น หรือ
อ้างอิงจากข้อมูลที่ได้รับโดยตรงจากเจ้าของทรัพย์สิน
เจ้าของทรัพย์สินหรือผู้แทนที่ได้รับอนุญาต เป็นผู้รับผิดชอบเต็มที่ ต่อความ ถูกต้อง ถูกกฎหมาย และ ความเชื่อถือได้ ของข้อมูลที่ส่งมา เมื่อส่งข้อมูลแล้ว ข้อมูลนั้นถือว่าถูกต้องและอาจนําไปใช้ใน กระบวนการขายหรือการตัดสินใจซื้อได้
Siam Immobilier ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อข้อมูลเท็จ ข้อมูลบิดเบือน หรือข้อมูลล้าสมัยที่มาจากภายนอก และ สงวนสิทธิ์ในการปฏิเสธหรือลบประกาศโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า

ตามกฎหมายไทย Siam Immobilier ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อ:
ความไม่ถูกต้องหรือข้อมูลที่คลาดเคลื่อนในประกาศจากบุคคลภายนอก
ความเสียหายประเภทอ้อม ผลพลอยได้ หรือค่าปรับใดๆ
ขัดข้องของเว็บไซต์ การใช้งานล่าช้า หรือข้อผิดพลาดทางเทคนิคใดๆ ความรับผิดชอบของเราจํากัดเฉพาะยอดเงินที่ชําระให้เราโดยตรงสําหรับบริการนั้น ๆ
การยกเว้นการรับประกัน
เรานําเสนอแพลตฟอร์มของเราในสภาพ “ตามที่เป็น” และ “เมื่อมีให้บริการ” เราไม่รับประกันการเข้า ถึงที่ต่อเนื่อง ความถูกต้องสมบูรณ์ หรือความเหมาะสมในการใช้งานใด ๆ
กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับและความสามารถในการบังคับใช้ ข้อกําหนดนี้อยู่ภายใต้
